If you haven’t ordered from Maev, but want to join the Rewards Program, just create an account with Maev and log in.

There are many ways to earn! You start earning points as soon as you create your account, and continue with every purchase. You’ll get bonus points after completing your 5th purchase, on your dog’s birthday, and when you sign up for SMS. One more thing – as you achieve higher tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), you’ll earn points faster.

Points expire after 1 year.

You can always check your Rewards account balance by logging in and visiting the Rewards page.

To redeem points, log into your account and head to the top of the Rewards page. From there, just select the amount of points that you’d like to redeem. Your discount code will be automatically applied to your next subscription order.
